Cancelation & No Show Policy

Arrival
Arrive with clean/makeup-free eyes/brows for your lash or brow appointment. Allow additional time for traffic and parking. If you arrive early feel free to wait in the waiting area.​

Tardiness Policy
Please arrive on time of your scheduled appointment. This will ensure you get the entire time of the service. Time is very precious, the more time we have together, the more time we have to work on you to achieve the best results. Please aim to arrive 5-15 minutes early to allow yourself time to park and walk up. Please add any additional time if you need to use the restroom, remove contacts, etc. We have a very strict late policy, your appointment will not be extended if you are late.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be cut down that amount, which will not give you the fullest result. To avoid unfair delays to our clients, your appointment may be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise, which could force you to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please understand that such changes affect not only your artist, but other clients as well. As we respect your time, we ask that you please respect our time as well.
If a client shows up 15 minutes late, it will be up to the artist or business if the client can go through the rest of the appointment or to reschedule for another day. If a client chooses to reschedule at that time, then 50% of the service amount will be charged. A 50% fee is enabled because that appointment time could have been taken by another client. We do not extend appointments as we are booked back to back and need the entire appointment to do the best work.
If you are late and the artist or business decides they cannot take you because there isn't enough time to achieve the best results with the amount of time that is left, then you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will have to reschedule to another day.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Goodie Beauty understands things happen unexpectedly, but your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved only for YOU. As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent out the day your appointment is booked, and a 72 hour and 24 hour reminder via text, email or both. Goodie We respectfully ask you to give a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. A late notice given for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment for another time on the same day or rescheduling for another day all under 1-24 hours prior to the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service price to the card on file.

If you come to your appointment and decide that you changed your mind about a service or decide to get another service done instead, you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unsure of the service(s) you would like to book, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee, that way we can go through a phone consultation and answer any questions you may have.

Same Day Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A client who no-shows their appointment will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. A no-show is considered as either not showing up at all, or contacting us AFTER your appointment start time to cancel or reschedule to another time on the same day or rescheduling to another day.

Please note, if you contact us AFTER your appointment start time and reschedule, you will still be charged the no show fee because now you are taking 2 appointment slots instead of one. There are no waived fees for no-shows even after the first time.
If your appointment is booked under 24 hours and decide to cancel or reschedule you will be responsible for a 100% fee.

Credit Card Hold
As part of our policies, it is required to hold a card on file to secure your appointment in our schedule. Without a card on file, your appointment will not be booked.

This policy is set to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best work Miami has to offer!

Deposits Policy
If a deposit is required, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit in advance. The deposit is added towards the balance of your appointment. The day of appointment you will need to pay the remaining balance. Deposits are to be paid for that specific appointments’ date and time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment to another time that same day or to another calendar date, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-transferable. You cannot use a deposit of one cancelled/rescheduled appointment and add it towards a new appointment. If your deposit is not paid, we have the right to cancel your appointment.

Refund Policy
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason on all transactions.

72 Hour Grace Period
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your lash or brow appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns. After 72 hours, results are no longer fresh and we are no longer able to see what the issue could have been from. If it's past 72 hours, full cost of service will apply. Please make sure you contact us within 72 hours.
Lash Extensions: It will be done so with a complimentary 30-minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
Service Policies
Lash Fills
You must have a remaining of 40% lashes for your service to be accepted as a fill. If you have less than 40% lashes left, we have the right to cancel your appointment and reschedule for a full set or a longer appointment time. You will be responsible for a cancellation fee.

Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations​
Please note that if you come to your appointment with your lashes or brows with the majority still lifted from the previous service; we will not be able to complete your service. We will have to reschedule you for a later date. Applying chemical solutions to the lashes or brows that are still lifted may cause damage to the natural hairs. The health of your natural hairs is our #1 priority and keeping the the integrity of your natural lashes or brows healthy and strong is our goal. Please wait until your lash lift or brow lamination is completely faded/shedded before coming in for your next appointment. If you notify us within 24 hrs of your appointment or come to your appointment with your lashes or brows still lifted, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee.

Brow Laminations & Waxing
​If you have been recently using prescription strength retina-a, prescription strength face creams; if you have been using Accutane in the last year or have received a chemical peel or other skin treatments on the area we are working on, we will not be able to complete your service and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
If you have received botox or fillers in the last 72 hrs on the areas that we will be working on then we won't be able to complete your service. you will be responsible for a cancellation fee. If you have a sunburn, we will not be able to complete your treatment and you will be charged a cancellation fee. For brow laminations, if you have open cuts, wounds, or pimples on or around the brow area, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be responsible for a cancellation fee.
