No, mascara should never be applied to lash extensions, waterproof or not. Mascara contains wax, and once it's applied to the extensions, it permanently changes their texture. No amount of washing reverses this — the affected extensions won't go back to normal, and will simply grow out and shed naturally over your regular fill cycle. This is one of the biggest perks of extensions: no more mascara needed at all.

No, extensions already have a built in curl, and a lash curler can damage both the extensions and your natural lashes underneath. If you'd like a different curl, ask your artist at your next visit.

Yes after 24 hours. The adhesive used is waterproof, so showering, swimming, and exercising are all fine with proper aftercare.

Any oil free face wash. Cleanse gently around the eye area and avoid rubbing through the lashes when removing eye makeup.

Yes, extensions are completely safe with both. If you use eye drops, take extra care to avoid getting moisture directly on the lashes.

Clients with alopecia, those undergoing chemotherapy, or those with trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder) generally aren't candidates until natural lash growth has resumed. An eye condition, or an adhesive/latex allergy, may also mean extensions aren't the best fit — this can be discussed at your consultation.
